How do I change the slots and the term of my cloud?

You can change the slots and the term of your cloud without a hassle. This is done with very simple steps. However, it must be noted that the value of the cloud can not fall below the current value.

This means that a slot change from 10 to 20 slots with a term of 30 days goes without problem, but a drop from 20 to 10 slots would not. Also it is not be possible, for example, to reduce the term from 30 to 3 days with a slot count of 10. This will only take effect the next booking period.

Where can I find my cloud?

First, click on My servers and then look for the cloud. It looks something like this:

How can I change the settings of the cloud?

To do this, simply click on the button "Edit Cloud":

Afterwards, a window should appear, where all the settings can be changed.

How do I change the slots of my cloud?

To change the slots, first perform the above steps until you are in the "Cloud Edit" window. Now adjust the slider to the desired slot number:

Then simply check the price again and continue by clicking on the button "Change Now". That's it, the slots have been changed and you can assign more slots to game servers.

How do I change the term?

The term is similar to the slot selection. Simply set the days for the "Period" in "Cloud Edit" window.

Then simply check the price again and continue by clicking on the button "Change Now". After that, the term of the cloud will be changed.

How do I change the slots of my server?

The cloud has now changed slots, but the server or servers have not changed. To change this, you have to do the following:

Or if the server has too many slots allocated and the slots must be reduced:

After that the server should start with the extended / reduced slots. :-)
