My server has been down all day today 5/17. I have a ticket open and no response from you guys. What are we paying for? You need to keep your customers more informed with the issues going on.
Don’t hold your breath. They are not timely with their responses and they need to be considering this is a paid service.
If we could host PS4 servers somewhere else we would.
I’ve had a ticket in for a long time now asking for a status on why my server is down and no response. I had a crappy day and just wanted to relax and play and I can’t even do that. I’m beyond annoyed.
I’m so weary of GPORTAL support not posting status messages of this mess in their forums. I want my paid server back up ASAP.
I am having the same exact issue.
Opened a ticket with GPORTAL but of course, no response from them.
I'm only 9 days in for the 30 day rental and it's been stable for 1 day so far. I'm quite disgusted with the instability.
Nothing you can do at the moment. Issue is with Funcom and/or GPORTAL’s backend systems.
It’s quite clear that no one anticipated this kind of demand and they are bogged down at the moment.
The most frustrating part is the lack of official response via a message forum thread...something every other company does during outages.
- Rented Servers either will not start or start and then fail.
- BASIC SETTINGS section for server administration has delayed data propagation when navigated to.
- SERVER SETTINGS are reported as not saving.

Yeah speaking of tickets, I’ve updated my own ticket 3 times and haven’t gotten a single response from g-portal.
Everything is broken and no comments in the forums from g-portal people. Very disappointed so far.
I'd be fine starting over just to PLAY the damn thing at this point...
AthenaRage, I feel ya - I'm right there with ya. SO excited to play on my brand new RENTED server w/ my buddies and it's stuck in a boot loop...at least since I have the MY SERVER webpage up and it keeps refreshing that way...

Many other posts already stated this - G-Portal is having some major issues right now, unfortunately.
I'm playing on my own rented PS4 server and the first thing I noticed was I was getting one-shotted by ALL NPC's, too. I was like "WTF!!".
I'm going with all defaults.
None of this even matters now, though, as my server (and apparently many) are stuck in reboot loops.
It'd be great to hear from someone at G-Portal since they had no problem taking my $$$...they're very quiet in the forums on this.
My server is stuck at STARTING... too.
