I have a support ticket in currently but was wondering if anyone had any experience with this issue before. If so, did you have a fix outside of customer service fixing it for you?

Hey, usually every server should be shown in the server list. At the moment I can find it without any problems.
The most common problem is that the whole server list thing is managed by the Steam API. Sometimes some users just don't get the whole server list and therefore you don't see every server. Maybe that happened to you.

Goas this shows up EVERY time I open the g-portal website.. is there a way to see if this is a false report?

I've been having issues with this too, as I keep restarting my server, it goes away and then pops right back up.
