It's not responding which I try to connect through the IP address and I cant find it either.
My server is not responding. Please reply if there is any solution. (ARK)

Hey, I'm happy helping you out on the forum, but you can always enter a ticket to get help from g-portal's customer support.
My questions:
The IP address, is that the FTP connection information? What's the gameserver name? IS it PS4 or PC ARK Server? I can check if I can see it from my side.

You may want to edit out the FTP IP address for security reasons. I'm looking to see if I see Tea Party available.
Which map is it on? PvP or PvE? Does it have a password (I don't want to know what it is, just whether or not it has one)? I'm assuming it's unofficial because I don't think g-portal hosts official servers?

Also, can you send me a screenshot of your "My Servers" tab, blacking out the same information I did?
