New server renter.

I just want someone to talk to, who is knowledgeable about the settings, who can sit with me and go over each setting option. I would like a detailed explanation of what each of the different settings really does. If there's a thread here somewhere that already explains this, I have no qualms with doing a little reading. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'll do my own research. I just lack a lot of time for web surfing because I work a crap ton of hours. So that's where I'm at. I do appreciate any, and all help in advance. I've heard nothing but good things about G-Portal.

So I am trying to log into my server and I cannot find it? What do I do in this situation?

I found it. It was under invalidated servers and said it was full. I put in a ticket and was told of the situation. So now I'm just waiting for the problem to be resolved.
