One of my servers (Extinction) crashed and I cant get it backup. It says it online but not showing up and no one can join. Does anyone know how to fix this without wiping the server so no one loses all their progress?

have you checked in steam? under servers?

It is a ps4 server so I dont think it has anything to do with steam. I might be wrong though

There's a few things you can try.
I do both PS4 and PC.
First try your filters. Sometimes you can find it by searching for the specific Map and other times you have to try setting it for All Maps.
Main thing is to search specifically for the name of your server as well.
Make sure the Unofficial Server is checked and sometimes you have to toggle the Password Protected box also.
You basically have to play with the filters to get it to pull up and once you get it to pull leave it like that and it should store that search and work after that.
